The “Wolverine stack”: BPC-157 plus TB-500 has no combination RCT

Two thin evidence bases do not add up to a third, stronger one when you inject them together.

The so-called Wolverine stack pairs BPC-157 with TB-500. The story is simple: one peptide for gut/tendon, one for actin and cell migration. The literature is not simple.

Adding uncertainties

The 2025 BPC-157 reviews found almost no controlled human musculoskeletal data. The 2026 TB-500/thymosin β4 map found almost no direct TB-500 human data. No registered combination RCT tests the pair for tendon or muscle healing in people.

Why stacks spread anyway

Stacks are easy to brand. They also hide which (if either) agent did anything, and they multiply contamination and dosing unknowns in unregulated products.

Bottom line

Evidence ladder: Animal for each piece; none for the marketed combination as a clinical intervention.
